About Amberlea

Amberlea is a deed restricted neighborhood of 232 single-family homes located north of Main St. and east of Keene Rd. in Dunedin. This quaint community of 2 and 3-bedroom homes has been a staple in Dunedin since the 1970's, and its prime location offers easy access to the city's amenities, award-winning beaches, and downtown area. The community also sits adjacent to the city-owned 5 acre Amberlea Park, which offers sports fields and a playground. Many of the homes in Amberlea are pool homes built on oversized lots that also feature two-car garages, screened patios, fenced yards, and open floor plans.  Homes in the community are zoned for A-rated Garrison Jones, Palm Harbor Middle, and Dunedin High schools. HOA fees are required but are low at approximately $25 per year.*
