About Belle Terre

Many are attracted to Florida and its homes due to some of the unique neighborhoods and architecture that can be found around the state. Belle Terre is one of Dunedin's most historic communities that best personifies this ideal. Located off of Alternate 19 south of Main St. and downtown, this unique community of just under 100 single-family homes was developed between the 1930's and the 1960's. There are also a few new construction homes in the neighborhood as well. Homes here might be quaint 2-bedroom 2-bath bungalows up to 4-bedroom 3-bath Spanish-style residences. Many homes have large, secluded backyards with pools, extensive upgrades with wood floors, full-service kitchens, and spacious master suites. Because Belle Terre is a mature neighborhood, expect to find large shade trees and lush landscaping around nearly every home. Dunedin's downtown area is just north of the community, and the Intracoastal Waterway is just a few blocks to the west. There is no HOA or community association requirement in Belle Terre.
